It is not strange to record the death of celebrities in a year but when the numbers keep increasing by the months, then it becomes worrying.
Even if we decide to forget about the past so quickly, can we also forget about Bob Okalla, Nii Odoi Mensah, Rev. Eddie Coffie, Daasebre Gyamena, Danny Nettey, Nkomode and the latest one being veteran actor George Williams? Are the numbers we have recorded so far very alarming and disturbing? george williams
Do you remember that Prophet Owusu Bempah predicted in a vision that some celebrities will die early this year in an end of year service? Should we bring in this religious and spiritual angle as part of the discussion in looking at the deaths we have recorded so far?
Or can we stop crying with the mind set that these people are old so it is their time to depart from the world? Well, one`s position on this can only be determined by the relationship they had with the deceased. Even if we agree that they have achieved their God given age on earth, we at Flex newspaper would want to ask that, were they celebrated enough to depart from what made them popular and influential?
Anyway, we can only pray that their departed souls will be kept in the bosom of God till we meet in Paradise. Whilst we mourn the departed souls, may the living also protect their lives to live longer.
