I came Up with " Gospop" Style - Nero X

Nero X has revealed his ‘Gospop’ style of songs has really paid off and given him many opportunities he lest expected. The ‘Osey’ hit maker in speaking to Towngospel.com disclosed he always want to be himself and doesn’t necessarily switch trends as we see most musicians do in the country but love to focus on his unique style and identity.

“I love being me. I love my unique way of singing, music composition and style in general. I have always been different because I don’t switch the trend in the industry as many artists do. I want to be unique that is why I came up with the ‘Gospop’ thing” he stated.

According to him, the industry should be opened for competition and make room for different styles but hold on to our highlife music.

“We need more high life artists in the industry because that is our music identity. So we need to give more people the opportunity to exhibit their talent which in the end will help in improving our way of producing highlife songs” he said.
He further noted that he’s currently working on some collaboration with some Western Region underground artiste just like the missing godfather Castro did for some of them so the public watch out for these talents.

He also revealed he has a charity project going on called ‘Nipa nua ne nipa’ which is basically aimed at giving to the poor and needy in the society. He said he seek to organize some concert in the country soon and all proceeds from it will be directed to poor and needy.
In conclusion, he had this words for the general public; “I want to tell people to stop comparing me to others because is not necessary. I am the best and don’t have competition. I am my own competition and don’t compete with anybody. I focus on my work and not really interested with who is the best. I’m always concern about my fans”.
